Susanna Tang, lawyer at BUREN, is specialized in corporate law. She assists clients in mergers and acquisitions. She also advises on commercial contracts, partnerships and joint ventures. In addition, she assists Dutch clients with outbound investments into China, as well as Chinese inbound investors into the Netherlands and Europe.
Susanna completed her studies in Dutch Civil law at Leiden University in 2014 and holds an LL.M. in Chinese Civil & Commercial Law (Beijing Government Scholarship) from Peking University. In 2012, she successfully completed the US Legal Studies exchange program at UConn Law School in Hartford, Connecticut.
